1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DROPINE MEDIA LLC ("Company", "we", "us") regarding your access to and use of the mobile application Mimic Party: Voice Challenge (the "Game") and our associated web domains.

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to download and play Mimic Party. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. License & Game Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DROPINE MEDIA LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on compatible personal mobile devices for non-commercial entertainment purposes.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Mimic Party is a fun, social party experience. When using the Game (including recording voice imitations and choosing display names), you agree not to:

  • Record, upload, or transmit any audio content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or abusive.
  • Impersonate any person or entity without permission.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game's software, APIs, or acoustic scoring mechanisms.
  • Circumvent or attempt to breach any security, rate limit, or authorization controls.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or hacks to manipulate scores or disrupt private multiplayer lobbies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game—including its logo, visual designs, software code, sound effects, scoring algorithms, and brand assets—are the exclusive property of DROPINE MEDIA LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Audio Content & Disclaimers

The Game's acoustic similarity scores are generated algorithmically for entertainment purposes only and do not represent formal voice biometric analysis, voice identification, or scientific evaluation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DROPINE MEDIA LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GAMEPLAY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY HARDWARE MODEL.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DROPINE MEDIA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game or online multiplayer features at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other players or the Game's community.
